According to the Industrial Development Agency JSC report, the digital transformation of the job market and industry by 2030 will require employees to have digital skills and abilities like communication, creativity, and the ability to work in diverse teams. This is confirmed by a report from the Polish Economic Institute, which shows that fields combining entrepreneurship with digital skills are a good way to deal with the current gaps in the job market.

What will we teach you?

during the course, you will gain knowledge in the fields of management and quality sciences, economics and finance, supplemented with the latest experiences related to the application of ICT tools in business
you will learn about the relationships and connections between economic entities and the social institutions that form their environment, their nature, goals, regularities and principles from the perspective of digital entrepreneurship
you will learn how to effectively build positive relationships within an e-commerce team or during the implementation of digital projects
you will master business negotiation tools and the application of negotiation techniques. Thanks to practical training in social skills, you will be prepared to work in multicultural teams
