Additionally, data from ManpowerGroup included in the “Talent Shortage 2025” report indicate that even 48% of companies in Poland have problems recruiting qualified specialists in the field of HR, including human resource management experts. The Polish Economic Institute points to growth in the area of Human Resource Management. Research shows that over 30% of employers plan to invest in soft skills development and team management, which translates into a growing demand for specialists in coaching and interpersonal skills.

As a first-cycle Management student, you will choose your educational path during your third semester

Classes within the Human resources management path are held starting in the fourth semester until the end of the programme

As a graduate of this programme, you can find employment in the HR departments of domestic and international corporations, headhunting companies, as a job market analysis expert, education broker, EURES advisor, or personnel development and training specialist

Human Resources Management is a specialization developed in collaboration with HR practitioners from large companies and institutions. As part of their education, students will gain practical knowledge and skills in the field of human capital management. During their studies, students will learn how to motivate employees, implement an evaluation system, manage competencies, and create HR strategies tailored to the dynamic labor market.
