This is also influenced by the needs of employees, for whom well-being and mental health are becoming priorities at work. This is confirmed by data from a report conducted by InterviewMe.pl, where 33% of respondents indicated these issues as key.

you will learn about the relationships and connections between economic entities and the social institutions that form their environment, their nature, goals, regularities and principles from the perspective of management, communication and psychology
You will acquire language skills (specialised language) in line with the requirements specified for level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages

Bachelor's degree in Communication and psychology in business is a practical programme that combines knowledge in the fields of management, communication and psychology with skills essential in the business world. During your studies, you will gain practical skills in management, creating motivational systems, conflict resolution, negotiation and HR.

You will learn to analyse the impact of psychological mechanisms on customer and employee behaviour, assess the level and dynamics of changes in the business environment, and select the appropriate HR tools to solve practical problems related to coaching, mentoring, negotiations and consumer behaviour. You will learn how to use AI tools in business communication.

You will learn techniques for overcoming barriers to organisational and personal development, enabling you to effectively build positive relationships within the company and with its environment. Completing this programme will open up opportunities for you to work in positions such as HR business partner, internal and external communications manager, and digital wellbeing consultant.
