Bachelor's degree in Management at WSZiB is a programme designed for people who want to combine knowledge of modern technologies with practical management skills. The programme has been designed to respond to the current needs of the job market and educate future business leaders. During your studies, you will gain competencies in the areas of strategic management, human resource management, logistics and finance.

You will learn about IT tools and database systems that support decision-making processes in companies. An important part of the programme are workshops and interactive classes, during which you will participate in business simulations and strategic games, such as Agile Warriors, learning to make managerial decisions in conditions similar to those in real business.

The study programme includes subjects that develop analytical and organisational skills, such as project management, data analysis, IT systems in management, logistics in business, labour and social security law, and human capital management. You will learn to compare and implement best practices in the TSL sector, design business development strategies, conduct employee evaluation processes, and apply data analysis and modelling methods to support strategic decision-making.

By combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience, you will learn how to work in managerial and specialist positions, such as department manager, project manager, business analyst or HR specialist, gaining the skills to effectively manage resources, processes and people in modern organisations.
