Meanwhile, a survey by the Gdansk Foundation for Management Development (GFKM) reveals that 58% of leaders highlight the need to improve decision-making skills, and 45% point to the need for result-oriented competencies, as this is required of them by the dynamically changing market.

Master's degree in Management is a programme that will prepare you to take on key managerial roles in a dynamically changing business environment. The programme has been designed with the dynamic challenges of modern business in mind and integrates knowledge of strategic, operational, financial and human resource management with the skills to use modern technological tools to support decision-making processes.

You will learn to analyse data, manage projects, implement modern technologies and make fact-based decisions.

Depending on your chosen education path, you will gain practical skills in areas such as soft aspects of human resource management and hard HRM, including labour law, remuneration systems and personnel controlling.

You will master analytical tools for measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities and strategies for building engagement in social media. You will learn how to model and optimise business processes, implement IT systems in production, e-business and management, and effectively administer IT infrastructure.
